Thanksgiving...and now Christmas

So I survived Black Friday!! Working retail...this is an accomplishment. After thanksgiving dinner at my sister, Em's, house I had to go to work that night at 11:30 until 8 in the morning on friday. It was so weird because when I got out of work, I thought that it was the middle of the afternoon. So the clock in my head was way off...off by like 12 hours. So then after friday I had to go into work again on Saturday at 5 am!!! I was about to die by the end of the day. But man did my bed feel nice...So after black friday...my long break from school was quickly over since the whole time I was either sleeping or working.

Now I am back to real life...haha...and last night I went to a Daisy Blue Naturals party. It's like those at home party's like Mary Kay and Pampered Chef....things like that. So this party was really informative for me because I really learned a lot about the things we do to our skin and body to try and help it but its really not doing much. I purchased the Tea Tree Facial Bar to wash my face with so I will keep you posted (whoever "you" is... I don't think anyone I don't know reads this...anyways...) on how it all works out. I also bought some of their lip balm. I am excited to see how it all works out!!!

And now Christmas is right around the corner! I actually have a lot of my presents already done...which is unusual. Usually I forget to buy anything...and I have to get last minute gifts which aren't as fun...for me. So this year I am doing pretty well. I can't say exactly what I got anyone...because who knows if you are reading this......but I am excited for Christmas to come!!!

Oh! The link above for Daisy Blue is nice, but here is the lady's story and on that page you can click on the link to information about the products you use at home...or if you wanna cut right to the chase...here is the link

My New Clothes and Good Deals

So recently I went to Aeropostale and Old Navy and bought some new clothes. At Aero, they had such amazing deals. There clearence was an additional 70% off!!! Amazing. I bought 11 things for only 33$. Average of only 3 dollars PER ITEM!! The most expensive thing that I bought was 6 dollars. It was mostly summer things, but I can always use more summer clothes...even though its freezing outside lately. I like to think summer. So at Old Navy I bought this sweater...

It has more detail than you can see. The specks you see on there are tiny specks of different colors like red and yellow and cool colors like that. I want to get another one but I will wait until they go on sale some more...because I spent 14$ on this sweater....I know I know...not my best buy. But it was very cute....and its originally like 26$.
So then I got some puffy vests from Gap. They are so cute and comfy that I had to get one in white, brown, and black. They are originally 45$...but I got them for 15$!!!!!! Amazing!!!
Well, today I am going to go around to look at some scrapbooking materials. It should be fun. Now that I am done with my Las Vegas scrapbook...I don't know what to do next. Maybe I will come up with a present for somebody...i dont know...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I know it is a little early, but I have been getting into the Christmas spirit...I bought Taylor Swift's Christmas album. I got it at Target for only 7 bucks. It sounds like a good deal, but it only has 6 songs. So its like half a CD. I really like it. My favorite song is Christmas Must be Something More. It talks about Christmas being more than just the decorations. Here is an excerpt:

(beginning of song)
What if ribbons and bows didn't mean a thing
Would the song still survive without 5 golden rings
Would you still wanna kiss without mistletoe
What would happen if God never let it snow
What would happen if Christmas Carols told a lie
Tell me what would you find
...
(towards end of song)
It seems the last thing on your mind
It's that the day holds something special
Something holy and not superficial
So here's to Jesus Christ who saved our lives
It's something we all try to ignore
And put a wreath up on your door
But here's something you should know that is for sure

I really like Taylor Swift, and when her CD came out I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy it. But after I did I was so glad. I love every song that is on her CD!!

So when I got the CD at target I also got these great long johns. Super comfy and warm...
